President

Shirley McDowell Ellison

Shirley was born in Westmoreland and raised in Hanover, Jamaica. She is a graduate of Petersfield High School in Westmoreland and attended business school in Montego Bay. After migrating to New York, she worked as a licensed real estate agent. Shirley is currently the President of Ellison Home Care Companion Agency, where she leads with dedication and expertise.

Vice president

Ikechukwu Mitchel Ogbonna

kechukwu, raised in Nigeria, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Jos, Plateau State. He is a multi-award-winning actor with over 100 movie credits, a Nollywood producer, and businessman. His accolades include Father of the Year 2020 and a recognition award from Nigeria’s First Lady for his significant contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Chidozie Amobi Okoli

Chidozie is an architectural designer and entrepreneur born in Jos, Plateau State, with a Bachelor's in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Anambra. A former Mr. Universe International, he blends leadership and creativity. Passionate about supporting underprivileged children. Chidozie is committed to making a positive impact in their lives and communities.

Communications/ Logistics Specialist

Barbara Ellison

Barbara, born in Hanover, Jamaica, is a graduate of Green Island High School in Hanover. She currently serves as the Coordinator and In-Service Supervisor at Ellison Home Care Companion Agency, where she manages daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality care services for clients, leveraging her skills and experience in the healthcare field.

Kim Wilson

Kim Wilson has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, starting as a nurse before becoming CEO of a successful homecare agency. A compassionate leader and international speaker, Kim is dedicated to empowering women CEOs and fostering personal growth. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have driven her agency’s success, making her a sought-after consultant and a respected figure in the home care industry.

Treasurer

Paulette McDowell Bailey

Paulette, born in Hanover, Jamaica, is a Certified Financial Analyst with over 10 years of experience as a Treasurer. She now serves as the Senior Coordinator and Care Manager at Ellison Home Care Companion Agency, where she oversees operations and ensures quality care for clients, leveraging her extensive financial and management expertise in her role.
